And be wary if they don’t tell you what the range of other opinions on the topic is, or if most of the references they use come from their own team.
I remember Dr. Nicole Phillips (a psychiatrist and recovered ME/CFS patient) pointing out that that there was no biology mentioned in the Lancet paper.

Thinking about it, I have the impression that quite a lot of papers on CBT and the like in the field mention little if any biology, and I get the impression (would need to check) don't mention other opinions on the topic, at least biological-based opinions (they might mention some other psychological speculation).
