What are the current recommended tests for methylation status and mitochondrial function?

Here is a list of tests that have been mentioned, but I don't know if these are still current or relevant for 2017.

SpectraCell Nutritional Panel may be a possible lower cost alternative to the Genova NutraEval. However, Genova NutraEval seems to be more comprehensive. I guess you get what you pay for. I can't decide what is the best test.
