Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

Hi tasha, what do you mean? Why I use a battery instead of just grounding? If this is what you are asking, well, the battery is more powerful. That's all :) I am connected to - 100 V daily and I have been better than usual for the last months.

    GcMAF capsules

Oral GcMAF hasn't shown to work in any study. The GcMAF protein is too large to be absorbed intact, so it needs to be injected. For me, it only works IV but for some SC also works, so perhaps higher doses could be effective. I tried IV GcMAF from Saisei Mirai, and it had minimal impact. The...

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

I don't think this is a controversial topic anymore. The literature is clear. I spent months reading most of the papers, and it is scary. But science that "goes against the current" is tough. Scientists don't want to get into this topic, as you won't get grants, you can lose prestige, or much...

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

Ok, I guess our positions are clear now, and I'm sure those who read our previous messages will be able to form a proper opinion. I do appreciate the healthy debate! :)

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

You are comparing your grounded to your ungrounded voltage. So you just pick a good conductive point, and you can do a proper comparison. AC voltage always goes to cero, because you are inducing an AC current. Just try it and see it by yourself. This doesn't occur if you place a diode only...

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

@Wishful, let me clarify that I ground myself with a TENS electrode, so perhaps just touching a metal grounded object won't show - 280 mV. But it will still show at least - 100 mV. I always use my thumb to measure the voltage... Try and see if it works! :)

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

Ok, I think now both sides are clear. I have provided some literature that shows the profound effect of grounding. I encourag you read the rest of the papers. If I remember correctly, the RBCs paper has been replicated. I have also provided some possible explanations for the mechanisms...

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

The electromagnet fields are dangerous, as many studies find. So, reducing the levels as much as your pocket allows will be a good idea. For example I have ethernet cables connected to the PC, to the cell phone, etc. And I don't use the phone unless I need to. I can get whatsapp calls instead...

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

Hey @junkcrap50 Actually my purinergic combo has a profound antipurinergic effect, as I am measuring my IL-1beta levels after cultivating my PBMCs with LPS and ATP. Essentially I am inducing an "acute CDR" state, and the drugs in my blood impede this to some degree. However I do have...

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

Hi @Wishful I aprecie that you read the studies I provided. As for the study of a battery giving electrons to the mitochondria of bacteria, the only doubts they express is the exact pathway of electrons, but not the fact that electroms from the cathode reduce NAD+ and other proteins that...

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

There are expensive testers and filters to detect and correct dirty electricity, but I don't think this is necessarily. Dirty electricity is just "noise" that makes the sinusoidal 50 Hz electricity wave to look "diferent" or "hairy". You could check this with an oscilloscope if you know...

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

I connect myself to the ground wire of the electrical system... It requieres to take some precautions such as rule out "dirty electricity", reduce the electromagnetic fields around you as much as possible, put a resistor between your body and ground, and have a voltimeter handy to confirm that...

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

That's wonderful! :) I wish had a real ground available. Unfortunately I live in a 1st floor condo and I have to connect myself to the electrical system, which needs extra precautions and it's never the same I think...

Thank you for your message. We already had this discussion. I would really apreciate if you would read the reference I provided, and perhaps you could let me know what I might not be interpreting correctly. The study clarly states: (...) This work demonstrates that cathodic electrons enter...

Update on my "anti-purinergic journey" & sharing my new therapy of negative voltage

Hi everybody, I just wanted to share this therapy that I have just incorporated to my anti-purinergic combo, in case you think it might be worth exploring: Here is a case study of someone with arthritic pain who got rid of this symptom after a few weeks connected to the negative pole of a 24 V...

Considering tonsillectomy for potential recovery from EBV induced CFS. Would greatly appreciate advice.

Very interesting hypothesis! I don't know if EBV virus can be so localized after 3 years of systemic ME/CFS... But, after reading your text I thought about this study: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34757513/ They use SC lidocaine to inhibit the purinergic receptor P2X7 in order to...

    Optical red light therapy

Take a look! The LEDs I've used are these ones: https://www.ledpoint.es/es/tira-de-led-5m-850nm-infrarrojo-2835-60ledm-24v But, as I said, they give off too much heat, so be careful!!! 12 V will work fine. You just need to do it doble time to get the same watts/time.

Anti-purinergic therapy restores itaconate/IFNa (Dr. Phair's theory) and Dr. Prusty's proposed abnormalities in ME/CFS

Hi @datadragon, Thank you for your message, it's really interesting. Perhaps the IL-1 receptor is too downstream to reverse the cell danger response cascade. I prefer to inhibit the purinergic system from the very top, so that not only the inflammasome is inhibited, but also the rest of the...

    Optical red light therapy

I have done mine following this idea: https://redlightsonthebrain.blog/tag/diy-red-light-hat/ I have added LEDs on top as well, and I have added this device to give the lights a frecuency of 40 Hz, as this has shown great results on Austism and Alzheimers...

Anti-purinergic therapy restores itaconate/IFNa (Dr. Phair's theory) and Dr. Prusty's proposed abnormalities in ME/CFS

Hi! Thank you for let me know about this trial! Yes, I knew about it, and I got really excited when I read it. I think it will be a success if they get the dose right, and I hope suramin gets again the attention I think it deserves among the ME/CFS community.. Well see!

Potential Suramin Alternatives - Sytrinol and Kudzu (Anti Purinergic Therapy)

Hey again @Hip , Ok, I just re-read your post and saw that you had broken down your calculations in a previous post where you explain that you actually use 40 L of water as the total distribution volume. Hence my 10-fold discrepancy!! Could you please give me something to read about this...

Potential Suramin Alternatives - Sytrinol and Kudzu (Anti Purinergic Therapy)

Hi @Hip I will be adding Brilliant blue FCF to my anti-purinergic combo next week, and I'm deciding how much will I take. I want to congratulate you for developing the formula. I have sometimes calculated the amount of a compound to take from the bioavailability and the free fraction, but...

Anti-purinergic therapy restores itaconate/IFNa (Dr. Phair's theory) and Dr. Prusty's proposed abnormalities in ME/CFS

Hi Murph, thank you for your message. 1.Yes, as far as I understand it the more extracellular ATP, the more extracellular adenosine. This is a compensatory mechanism. For this to be true the enzymes that break down ATP know as CD39 and CD73 should be substrate-driven. In deed, according to...

Anti-purinergic therapy restores itaconate/IFNa (Dr. Phair's theory) and Dr. Prusty's proposed abnormalities in ME/CFS

Yes, it is very well studied state. It had been described in parts, with different names such as integrated stress response, among others . Dr Naviaux put all the different alterations together and coined a name for it.

Anti-purinergic therapy restores itaconate/IFNa (Dr. Phair's theory) and Dr. Prusty's proposed abnormalities in ME/CFS

That's a very good question. On the contrary, the purinergic receptors for adenosine (P1 receptors) are mostly anti-inflammatory, and compensate for the inflammatory tone set by the receptors for ATP and ADP (P2). In fact, adenosine agonists are been trialed for all kind of chronic inflammatory...

Anti-purinergic therapy restores itaconate/IFNa (Dr. Phair's theory) and Dr. Prusty's proposed abnormalities in ME/CFS

CDR is indeed a very ancestral antiviral metabolic state, which in all diseases is chronically activated, and all metabolic and immunologic alterations can be explained from this chronic CDR state. A very good question is if this state is preventing us from getting, for example, infected, and...

Anti-purinergic therapy restores itaconate/IFNa (Dr. Phair's theory) and Dr. Prusty's proposed abnormalities in ME/CFS

I don't want to lower uric acid. It just happens that probenecid, which has antipurinergic properties, also lowers uric acid levels. So this is an unwanted affect. This subject is indeed fascinating. If you want to learn more about all this, I encourage you to listen to Dr Naviaux's talks...

Prusty talks about his upcoming research on a podcast

Yes, he thinks anti-purinergic therapy is the key, but not only. Anything that get us close to get out of the CDR will work synergistically. For example he proposes red and infrared light as it has demonstrated to improve the mitochondrial dynamics and the electroencephalogram of autistic kids.
