    Any remedy for dry eyes?

Thanks a lot for your help and suggestions, now we have an arsenal of things to try. Funny enough a very veteran eye doctor said that it's very easy to cure with ice inside a plastic bag over the eyes for an hour. I tried it, and didn't help. Just pain. Also tried with those masks but frozen...

    Any remedy for dry eyes?

My eyes are seriously dry, they burn, tears, double vision, I have very dry rheum all day long, as tiny stones or sand inside the eyes... I've been seen by a few eye doctors who suggest most of all to avoid screens and some drops. I know this is caused by excessive internet and screens all day...

    Freddds protocol destroyed my sleep

I was waking in panic and terror feeling like I was dying around 3:00 - 3:30h for years and years. Once I read that 3:15 was the hour of the devil... Which for some time I could believe given that I was waking at exactly that time... There was no better explanation, just impossible to believe...

The Undetectable Infection - Prostatitis and Vaginitis

I have had ghost prostatitis and ghost sinusitis for more than 20 years. Never infection was found in any of them, but when it gets very bad, antibiotics is the only thing that helps, and very quickly, usually in a matter of hours I find relief in sinuses or prostate. But doctors say it's not...

    Realistically there is no cure?

I've been watching the videos in this site of Dr. Lerner and he sounds so convincing that it's hard to think he is not telling the truth. Any testimonials or stories of patients of his in these forums? Nothing dedicated to him in Phoenix Forums? Video 1...

Does post exertional malaise ever get better with training?

That is what drives you insane and you end up losing your mind with this illness. Not only my heart stopped during the TTT but the symptoms were gigantic, scandalous, horrendous, from minute 9 of standing up, and the guy was saying I was having " a panic attack " and that I had to endure it...

Does post exertional malaise ever get better with training?

That makes so much sense SOC. But the question is that I had the TTT in 2007 and since that diagnosis I have gone to lots of doctors with the medical report and NO ONE has said they could help me or that that is even a disease. Cardiologists, Neurologists, Internists... many of each, and...

Does post exertional malaise ever get better with training?

Thank you Mary. Yes, I have been tested for asthma and also in the "effort test" (?) (walking in the machine with the cables connected to your chest). I have been to lots of specialists for the heart, lungs or allergy and they never found anything important, but I had a very positive tilt test...

Does post exertional malaise ever get better with training?

So I started walking every day more than one month ago and my post exertional malaise seems to have improved in distance. I have got to walk up to 12 km (7.5 miles) at very high speed (6.5 km/h) and I didn't get the dreadful malaise. However, this is just for walking. The other day I went to...

Has anyone had a sleep study?

I've had two as well, in two diferent hospitals. Both showing alterations of every kind, low sleep quality, etc. But it didn't change anything. No different treatments that I hadn't tried. Pills and more pills that do more harm than good and I ended up quitting for their side effects and...

Broken cruciate ligaments in both knees and also cervicals for no reason. Anyone?

Ginger, thanks a lot. I have been checking the commercial names in Spain and the name of the principle and I only took Cipro for a couple of weeks or one month as much, probably more 2 weeks than one month. And I had the pains and disability all over my body prior to that and didn't feel any...

Broken cruciate ligaments in both knees and also cervicals for no reason. Anyone?

Funny enough, only 2 weeks ago I went to the gym committed to die if necessary but regain my muscles and fitness. I barely did some pull ups and push ups and light stretching and I almost needed an ambulance to get back home. Ther is where I realized how ill my neck was. I couldn't literally...

Broken cruciate ligaments in both knees and also cervicals for no reason. Anyone?

Thanks Ginger, I definetely took Cipro long ago for a long time as I have 20 years of hellish sinusitis-like inflammation, probably caused by very old root canals and infections chronified in my jawbone. I will check the others you said. Do they really destroy ligaments for good?

Broken cruciate ligaments in both knees and also cervicals for no reason. Anyone?

Maybe. I have constant infections in sinuses and urinary tract and I have taken lots of them in the last many years. How can I know if I don't even remember the names of the antibiotics? I would need to check a list of fluoroquinolones and find the commercial name in Spain. (I am from Madrid)...

Broken cruciate ligaments in both knees and also cervicals for no reason. Anyone?

In fact I got very ill last summer in my whole body, joints and so on bcause last summer I stopped smoking and decided to walk a lot every day, so I walked for about 5 km every day and it just killed me, it made me dreadfully sick, as this super flu we get when trying to exercise... So... not...

Broken cruciate ligaments in both knees and also cervicals for no reason. Anyone?

So you guys think it can be caused by inactivity? I have spent the last 20 years in this sofa/bed/sofa/bed on the internet and maybe that is why my knees and neck are broken? Could it be just that?? That would be great news.

Broken cruciate ligaments in both knees and also cervicals for no reason. Anyone?

So, after many months of terrible pain and disability in all my joints, specially in neck and knees, and after countless visits to every rheumatologist and traumatologist, and usless x-rays and lab tests, an Internist helped me by prescribing MRIs in knees and cervicals as I begged him to do it...

    Circadian Rhythm Problems

That is exactly what happened to me with that "therapy". I had DSPS since my teens, I could never sleep before 3-4 a.m. and I was wasted. In my 30's some doctor told me to sleep 2 hours later every night to reset the clock, and then I got this non-24h ever since (15 years or more of pure hell)...

Detection of Mycotoxins in Patients with CFS

This is what Erik Johnson, an Incline Village survivor, has been saying for all these years to everyone and nobody listened. His persistance and extraordinary work made the WPI to finally look into it and finally this has come out. He moved to the desert in Nevada and avoided mold completely...

ME/CFS is a mast cell disorder (hypothesis)

So, I'm back from this veteran allergy doctor who is also specialized in labor health. He knew absolutely nothing about MCAS, very little about Mastocytosis and didn't even know what my elevated tests mean. The only interesting thing he said is that he was involved in the 80's in the...
