can it still be cfs/me if i can do sports

I think it can definitely be ME/CFS. I feel better during exercise or immediately after it, but it doesn't last long (it lasts for as long as your body is 'heated up', 15-20mins). Sometimes it 'taxes' me after a day or a few.

    OMF Kynurenine trial

Used neurorubine (has 100mg/day of B6 together with benfothiamine and B12) for 1.5 month in the past. Also tried just P-5-P 50mg for 2 months. What's your experience with it? Regarding BB536 - reviews like this (and medical ones, about immune system modulation) made me interested into it.

Had no luck with it :/

    OMF Kynurenine trial

Yes, but we don't know if it modules it, or simply decreases in all the cases (even if it's low). The more interesting part to me was decreased kynurenine to tryptophan ratio there, of course we don't know why/how it happens there too. I just wanted to share the finding.

    OMF Kynurenine trial

I was searching for information on Bifidobacterium longum BB536 (ordered it a week ago), and found this on the internet: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4965519/. See this part: Daily administration of BB536 was found .. to decrease the resting level of plasma corticosterone and...

CFS, POTS, OH: treatment for adrenergic & muscarinic receptor antibodies

I didn't say I don't trust the results :) It was just strange that a doctor mentioned in first post by Lolinda made such a reply, so, I wanted to share it with you. As I came back positive for 11/11 of the autoantibodies, I've tried to contact the doctors mentioned in the initial post of this...

    IgM when relapsing/reactivating Lyme&co?

Attaching. Notes: 1) I couldn't have IgM positive for B19 and Lyme :) No way I've caught them recently. 2) Regular ELISA and WB testing for Lyme is negative (I know that sensitivity is not so high for them). 3) I live in EU, and I've never travelled to zones where I could catch "Ehrlichia...

    IgM when relapsing/reactivating Lyme&co?

I agree with the opinion above. I've just got the results from Armin Labs on Tickplex - I don't really trust them :)

    Questions on CellTrend result

Hello, I'm not a typical CFS patient, because I suffer from Fibromyalgia and some orthostatic intolerance. However, as you probably know, conditions seem to overlap each other, so, I have some symptoms of CFS as well. I've been tested for auto-antibodies at CellTrend, and I've go 10/11 results...
