    I have POTS with positive N-type calcium channel antibodies. I don’t have the P/Q antibody so no doctor will diagnosis me with LEMS even though I suffer from extreme weakness and POTS. I found this article interesting. Seems M1 Antibody is found in a large percentage of LEMS patients….. and...
