Sophora Flavescens / Ku Shen / Oxymatrine

Chia uses Inosine because it is easy to source and it is virtually identical to inosine pranobrex. Many CFS/ME specialists around the world believe the two items are interchangeable

    Peginterferon Lambda (IFN-λ) to treat Coxsackie/Enterovirus B

I have tried inf alpha 2.5million iu 3 times a week for a couple months and got no benefits. Low-dose naltrexone (LDN) - how's it working for you?

LDN caused extreme tiredness. Horrible stuff, overall it made me worse. That was with 1.5mg per day, higher doses made effects worse. Strangely though, it seemed to help the first couple of days, went downhill after that.

    Enteroviruses - revisited

High Nagalase prevents the macrophages from activating, so the immune cascade of events do not occur (or at least severely limit). The chart I saw displayed the macrophages right at the top of this cascade, and the Th1 etc response was right at the bottom. They referred to the macrophages...

have you had your nagalase levels checked? High levels would indicate a reason why Oxymatrine did not work.

    Enteroviruses - revisited

I get shortness of breath with high (1000mg) doses of NAC. I take 500mg twice a day and find it fine at this dose. I have read different opinions from health professionals who caution high NAC doses.

Yes, while in the US - I had no problems. I would advise to check on what the current “personal supply amounts” currently are, because this can vary. For this very reason Alldaychemist.com sends order in separate packages, spaced apart, when they consider current “personal supply amounts”...

Nice GcMAF transdermal cream from GcMAFplus.com in Hong Kong

Does anyone know how to receive a constant dose from the MAFactive cream? The 25ng per dose like outlined by @Sushi would be great. Is it fair to say 25ng either via injection OR cream per week, is the safest dose to go by? I had to stop GcMAF a while ago due to the inflammation it was causing.

    Boron and H2S Sibo?

Nothing wrong with using Boron, just don’t use more then 15mg per day. Also remember it depletes Vit B2. It has mild antifungal effects and potent hormone balancing effects, would be helpful for fungal and probably bacterial over growths.

Dr. John Chia talks about chronic enterovirus infection in ME/CFS - Interview by Amy Proal

Dr Chia has however correlated the amount of disability of a patient with the amount of viral protein present in tissue biopsies. I believe the viral infection/s reach a point where Nagalase production is sufficient enough to paralyse macrophage activation and CFS/ME surfaces.

Dr. success using higher doses of GCMAF

You need to be careful with vaccines as they all generally increase Th2 activity, look at Dr Chia's work in regards to the detrimental effect of increased Th2 polarization.
