    Sorry I don't have anything more useful to contribute with. I just keep telling myself this is the closest we have ever been to getting any answers about what ME is. And there are some fantastic people working their tails off to help us. Please don't give up now!

    Some don't respond (well) to opiods due to genetics: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16045647 But I wouldn't increase dose without checking with doctor first.
