    Yeah, I've never tried it on purpose cause of it making me dizzier, but I've seen quite a few papers quoting how fasting can help with inflammation. Could possibly try on it my next relapse and see what happens!

    Better with alcohol

    I know alcohol thins the blood, maybe that helps with the POTS. Helps with my dizziness to start with but then feel a lot worse an hour after!
