@Wolfcub please let me know if u find anything to help you.
Mine is really bad right now
Up till 330 am with twisting & crawling feeling in my intestines and front oFCC my head.
Finally a xanax helped a bit but it. leaves me so groggy
@Pink My feelings of nausea might be so different to yours. Mine is very mild, just a general "queasiness" and only sometimes. most times when I'm doing something I shouldn't, like a warning. Like an exhaustion feeling more than anything, and not really from my stomach/gut as such. It comes in with the headache when that kicks up.
Anyway I did find some things that helped me, but I don't know if they would help you or not (?)
I am a herbal medicine person. I find herbs suit me and am scared of most drugs because of awful side effects in the past, which don't happen for me with herbs. I am sensitive to most drugs in a horrible way.
But I know you said you don't want to take herbs and have your reasons.
But even though you can't do herbs, you could try the Ginger root. I can't see that would do any harm unless you are allergic/sensitive to it or something.
So yes, chewing thin slices of fresh ginger root really helped me a lot. Not TOO much, just a thin slice less than 1/4 inch thick, whenever I needed it but max. 3 times a day. I found I didn't even need a whole slice at once. Maybe I'd have half.
It sounds so simple, like it won't work, but I was impressed. I also tried Black Horehound but the ginger was most effective. A couple of teaspooons of Brandy mixed with a little honey helped me too. Even though I was a bit alcohol-sensitive, it often calmed down the nausea.
I drank Meadowsweet tea too. And Peppermint. But nothing worked as well as the Ginger.
