We're doomed, aren't we?! :jaw-drop:

Interesting video, @Andrew. Actually after a year and a half of very bad sleep I've finally started sleeping after having a hair analysis done which showed my calcium/magnesium ratio was very badly skewed in favor of calcium. I've temporarily at least stopped taking calcium and vitamin D and have upped my magnesium, and am taking it at night now, and for the first time in forever it seems am sleeping better. I plan to do a post on this soon.
