Many of you read Rivka Solomon's blog article last fall on ME and the Unrest movie on the Ms. website: http://msmagazine.com/blog/2017/11/07/a-woman-who-dared-chronic-fatigue-syndrome/

Now she has written another article, this time describing her MCS as well. http://www.marieclaire.com/health-fitness/a15947380/living-with-mcs-multiple-chemical-sensitivities/

Since my wife @PWR (Peace without Rest) has endured one of the most severe cases of MCS we've ever heard of for 5 years, then received treatment that gave her a dramatic improvement, though not cured, for the last 22, we are heartened to see this article. As you know, MCS has much less acknowledgement and sympathy among the govt. and medical establishment than ME.

So, we're hoping that this will be able to piggyback on the light shed on ME to its co-conditions such as MCS, etc.

Excellent article by @RivkaRivka!

At the last CFSAC meeting an NIH researcher asked if MCS was a factor in ME/CFS. Rivka's timely article answers the question and raises awareness about its physical impact on everyday life.

Dr. Naviaux acknowledged chemical sensitivities in his" Keynote Address" at the OMF Community Symposium last summer. And for decades ME/CFS Support Groups have held "Fragrance and Smoke Free" meetings and conferences in consideration of patients.

Thank you for posting this important article @RWP (Rest without Peace).

Would the Moderator consider moving it to "General ME/CFS News" category?
