I take this form since I don't tolerate Methyl Folate.
Two years ago I couldn't, now I can. I'm not sure it's because I really tolerate it better or if it's because I take an other form now.Do you tolerate other methyl- supplement like methylcobalamin?
In my case the Folinic works much smoother.I also poorly tolerate Methylfolat.. I think i have to try the Folinic acid?
Did you start with full dose? Or slowly?
Same here but like I wrote above I do tolerate the mB12/aB12 oil, maybe because the mB12 is combined with aB12 or maybe because the intake is slower compared to tablets/sublinguals.I also cannot tolerate even a micro toothpick dose of Methyl Folate or M-B12

Folinic acid is also used in combination with the chemotherapy agent 5-fluorouracil in treating colon cancer. In this case, folinic acid is not used for "rescue" purposes; rather, it enhances the effect of 5-fluorouracil by inhibiting thymidylate synthase.
Does anyone understand it? @alicec ?https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thymidylate_synthase
Thymidylate synthetase (EC2.1.1.45)[5] is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of deoxyuridine monophosphate (dUMP) to deoxythymidine monophosphate (dTMP). Thymidine is one of the nucleotides in DNA. With inhibition of TS, an imbalance of deoxynucleotides and increased levels of dUMP arise. Both cause DNA damage.[6][7]

Folinic Acid - I tolerate it well, but I am not sure it is good for anemia after reading the following:
There should be no problem with taking folinic if it suits you.
Please do not forget us dummies over here!
I am also concerned by the fact that I have multiple +/+ MTHFR SNPs (incl 1298 which was enough to give me spina bifida occulta) & +/+ MTHFS rs6495446 .
