looking for a specialist who does online treatments

Does anyone have a m.e specialist that really treats them?
(And not just saying take probiotic, exercise and there's nothing else to do)
im looking for a specialist who will do skype treatment and follow ups in collebration with my family doctor.
(im from israel and there are none here...)
If you have some recomendations please share, any infornation will help!

Your probably know this, but US law requires that a doctor see a patient in person at least once before prescribing any medications (in the case you were considering a US specialist).

I have an ME/CFS specialist who is out of state from me (I had to travel to see them) and I had hoped they and my primary doctor would be able to collaborate, but it's proved difficult to do unfortunately.
