Hello All
Have any of you tried the following?

B2 molybdenum iodine and selenium and B12 Adenosylcobalamin to help with your CFS symptoms
From what I am learning if you don't have enough B2 you can't utilize B12 and if you have B12 deficiency you have many other problems

I ask is because it would be a financial investment to follow this protocol.
I realize there is a thread devoted to the subject already but I am posting a new thread in order to extract more pro and con comments. Is it helping you or not ?

Thanks

Yes ...if you want to do the cost effective thing take a multivitamin and mineral and a b complex. I think most of the protocols recommend this?

I've tried this arrangement of supplements with moderate success, slight alleviation of symptoms like brain fog and PEM. I would recommend isolating vitamins and minerals rather than taking Multivits - just in my experience...

Yes, I've used Methyl and Adenosyl from him. I've also done Subcutaneous injections - My vit B12 levels are off the charts, and I have been trying to get them down by taking everything but B12
Lab tests cannot detect the level of B12 in your gut, organs or CNS where it is much needed.............so while tests are showing you have B12 in your bloodstream........it doesn't mean the other areas are getting it. I wouldn't rule out that you still need B12.

JMO.............I think B12 is critical for anyone that has a chronic illness. I feel that methyl and adeno are the best forms to take.
