Am working through the references still and have one I can't find.

I have mentioned that PACE is being taught to US students as an example of how not to undertake research and need the reference to this. I read it about a month or so ago on either Prof Coyne's blog or Virology blog and can't now locate it. Can anyone help please? Thanks.
