I am rather certain my Dr filled out the paperwork to be in the Biobank. Are these the same or a little different?

Note that SMCI has operated a REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture application) patient registry and biobank since 2008 but this registry is a sophisticated platform independent of those projects.
