Meirleir, Klinghardt & Co - ask for deworming?

On Dr. Klinghardts website I saw that deworming seems part of his protocol.

Obviously, it would be a good idea to do that before any other treatment starts.
Does Dr. Meirleir asks for this as well?

What do they recommend to take?
Or how do they rule out its not a helminth born disease.

I don't think you can get other diseases from a helminth infestation.
