Thoughts on genetic genie results? dealing with possible lyme and host of other issues..

Got my results after 8 weeks, having HDRI methyl panel drawn tomorrow...not sure what to make of genetic genie results...B12 levels have always been mid normal...but b12 binding capacity is always low...serum MMA normal, as is serum folate...

Host of symptoms from muscle aches, tightness, POTS, fatigue, etc. etc. hoping enhancing methylation might help but not sure where to start! only on vitamin D3 currently...wondering if given my below snps that supplementing with one of the B protocols might be beneficial for me...I've tried to do some reading and it seems some of the below mutations are very common so probably not important but I am sure theres gotta be some stuff I can do to help aside from just treating the borellia infection...sick for 4 years now, 32 years old, perfect health and athlete prior. Thanks in advance

I think it is difficult to say what supplements you have to take on SNPs alone when you have lyme. According to Klinghardt, lyme steals methylation donors. You might benefit from SAMe or methylB12. You might want to look into mercury intoxication.
