I've been taking antihistamines since a few years now to combat dust mite allergies. Yesterday, I figured out that I have slow phase II pathway. Antihistamines can block phase II. Is it wise to continue with those antihistamines?

It can block phase 2 but if it applies to you that's the question! To be safe you could consider cromolyn sodium instead? Plus a low histamine diet.
