Hey guys,
I wanted to ask you guys for advice because last time I asked this forum I got lots of support. The thing today is stress. My body and mind seems to break down whenever there is something big I'm preparing for. Whether it is asking a girl to homecoming or preparing to tryout for the basketball team, my body and mind just can't seem to handle the stress. A big part of this is I think is that the stress and the little obsession over it causes me to lose quality sleep. Plus my body can't seem to handle it. Loss of sleep, stress, and me pushing myself seems to break me down. Do you guys think it's my adrenal health? What causes me to break down so easily? Cortisol? I have had a stress burnout. My sleep is fine when I'm not stressed. So how can I make my body better equipped to handle high stress? As always, ANY answer is greatly appreciated because your answer might be the one that helps change my life. I also want to say I deeply respect the people's willingness to help other people on here.
