Very informative presentation. He covers a lot in that hour.

FYI, when the speaker references VlsE testing, he is talking also about the C6 Peptide test, as the C6 peptide is a 26-amino acid sequence within the Borrelia VlsE protein.

I know there is a C10 peptide. It's just looking for pieces of outer surface proteins of Bb, so I guess theoretically there can be others. I just don't know who has patented what.

This is a test for rheumatoid arthritis.
