Honestly, I really like Floradix It's a liquid, it tastes like juice, and it also has B-vitamins and herbs that are mineral-rich, like nettle. The form it's in is ferrous gluconate.

No idea what's best for you but my own specialist put me onto a product called Molyzinc Molybdenum (its a combo Source of nutritional molybdenum together with synergistic vitamin C and zinc..so that helps absorption of these things. It's brand is "Trace Nutrients".

The Molyzinc supplement has increased my molybdenum at the standard dose of it (instead of showing up at nearly zero, my level was at .01 or .001 (something like that, near not showing up at all).. its now halfway to a normal level so I'm going to have to take more then the standard dose of that pill of one per day.

This supplement made a difference in my working memory which I could notice within a week, so my molybdenum deficiency was really affecting me.

Do consider if you are deficient in a lot of different things, strongly consider taking synergistic products and be aware that some things shouldn't be taken together. Some poor supplements mix together things which actually stop absorption of other things in their products, I see that a lot with supermarket supplements.

I think thats true. My doc said to me that I should not take Zinc and Copper at the same time, take them a few hours apart. Also I think Iron and Calcium don't jive well etc.
I have Celtic Sea salt here and will try that again, although I was taking a few grains sublingually in the past and that wasn't fun.
