I've used them for periods. They didn't affect my ME symptoms but if you are one who gets dizzy or has a lot of trouble with standing, that could be a problem I'd think.I'm wondering if anyone with ICC/CCC ME has tried such a plate and whether they found it safe in terms of their ME.

I no longer get dexa-scans so don't know if this had any effect, though there are studies that say it does.

No, the gym at my apartment complex had one. I have moved now so I don't know the brand or model.Just looking into this further - Sushi, did you buy your own plate? If so, which model was it?
I was tempted to get a vibration plate, but my eye doctor said there's a chance they can cause small retinal tears. I'm not sure how common this is.
It's good to know about the 2 types of plates. I'll look into it again. It is appealing because I have bone thinning.
