Sorry I can't provide the link but if you google hypoperfusion celiac you'll find this.

Of course not everyone with gluten intolerance will have celiac disease.

And not every celiac will heal via the gf diet.

This probably answers my hypoperfusion questions.

Don't eat gluten if you shouldn't be eating it that will cause neuropathy and fatigue obviously if you are allergic
