Just one curiosity ,

why is not enough taking only "Same" to increase methylation , at least for people with no MTHFR mutations ?

Thanks

Because it isn't a cause. SAM-e is made in the course of business and is an intermediate form between methionine and homocysteine generated by MeCbl. After all the items of the deadlock quartet are being taken, SAM-e can be checked to see if it makes any difference. It sometimes is needed to balance the cycle or kick it off.
