Pain in back of head behind ears on exertion or bending down too much

For about a year now I've been getting pain in the back of my head. Both sides, a bit behind the ears. It's an odd type of pain and not your typical pains from headaches.

It is getting harder and harder to bend down for things without pain.

If you look at this picture from Gray's Anatomy it is pretty much where the red bits are at the back of the head. The image is of nerves in the head, but I think those are the yellow lines. Not sure if the two red bits are nerves or some other important part of our anatomy...:confused:

Does anyone know what these parts are? And has anyone had pains like this? Got any ideas?

This diagram suggests it could be the Occipital nerve? And there is an Occipical artery and lymph nodes there too.

I am pretty sure the cranial nerves are involved but it is hard to tell which ones.
