Have to really be careful with things like eucalyptus, menthol, camphor, eugenol if you have MCS. Those kinds of substances can really be nasty and trigger reactions.

I use Alkalol occasionally, but I don't find it a great help. For a short time my sinuses feel a little more open, but it doesn't last long.

Just got my bottle and checked with the manufacturer that the 'caramel colouring' doesn't contain gluten, and they confirm that it doesn't. :thumbsup:

I used this for a year or so. I'd say it helped to a very mild degree.

Doesn't sound very promising! It's quite expensive.

Still, it's early days experimenting with this stuff for me - I'll just give it a go.
