Has this topic been discussed already? I have done a little bit of research but I was curious if anyone has tried nutrients to improve the cell membrane health and if it helped at all. thanks

Nexavir is said to help with this and in this way prevent viruses from entering cells. (very layman's terminology!)

Take fish oil, improve poor methylation which causes the problem in the first place. The cell membranes are also leaking folate.
