I have read a lot about Omega 3 ,fish oils and are said to be very good for neuro-regeneration and essential for myelin sheathing of the nerves. I am doing Freddd's protocol. He has receommended 2-6 + capsules a day. I take three capsules of Maxepa( EPA 180 mg and DHA 120 mg) daily.
When I check out iherb, all the omega 3 products include EPA,DHA and other things like natural fish oil concentrate. You can see here:

(The amount per serving is the amount in 2 capsules)
This fish oil concentrate is 1000 mg in each capsule! There is also Omega 3 fatty acids and other omega 3 fatty acids. Are all of them helpful?
I ask this because the product I take has only EPA and DHA, and I see other things also present, esp. fish oil concentrate in a 1000 mg quantity/capsule. The quantity seems too much to me when compared to the EPA and DHA. If you have any suggestions for Omega 3 products and something to share, please do. It will be very helpful to me.
