Hi Pea,

Folinic acid, if a person can't use it, appears to blook 2-4 times as much as folic acid. It is by far the worse of the two. Calcium folinate is the same as folinic acid.

Hi Pea,

That is just the people with the paradoxical folate deficiency type 2, folinic acid. Nobody knows what percentage of people that is. It's probably small but maybe CFS/FMS acts a concentrator.
