Do you think that's a good idea now that Judy Mikovits has shared a platform with discredited fraudster Andrew Wakefield? She has a serious credibility problem now.

I have confidence in Judy Mikovits.

Please don't try and change this thread into one on the autism debate and Dr Wakefields case. They are not related.

Interesting for your first post ;)

Any news of how it went ukxmrv - we did our bit here and across const. bounderies so hoping for a good attendance. Enormously good of Judy Mikovits and others (coming to the Conference tomorrow) to extend their stay and take this in.

I heard that only 4 or 5 MP's bothered to show up at the meeting. Sorry no other news. My own MP said that they couldn't go.

What aren't related? CFS and autism? I'm just questioning her credibility, I certainly wouldn't ask my MP to go and speak to someone who was associated with Wakefield.

Hi Bob,
I asked my MP to go or at least send a researcher, but as far as I know she did not.

I spoke to Annette Whittemore at the IiME conference - she was so friendly - but Annette said that only about four MPs showed up. I felt very ashamed. I wrote my MP a long e-mail imploring her to go.

Four MP's isn't great is it. We're not going to get far with just four voices in parliament! I thought that at least all the members of the APPG would go along.
