Jason UT - Supplement Protocol Notes - Round 4 - Started 5/1/2018

This is round 4 of my supplement protocol based on my 4th SpectraCell Micronutrient results.

Breakfast Regiment:
Vitamin C – 500 mg (Support adrenals and oxidative stress)
Emerald Labs Men’s 1 per day (Methylated Multi-vitamin)
Hydroxocobalamin sublingual- 2000 mcg
Lipothiamine - 50 mg (B1 low per old SpectraCell)
Niacinamide - 500 mg (B3 low per SpectraCell)
Panthothenic Acid - 500 mg (B5 low per SpectraCell)
Taurine - 500 mg (Low per MPP)
Sunflower Lecithin – 5 g (Good source of choline and phospholipids)
Colostrum - 3 g
Digestive Enzyme - 1 pill
Arginine/Citrulline - 500 mg / 250 mg
Fludrocortisone - 0.15 mg

Lunch Regiment:
Vitamin C – 500 mg (Support adrenals and oxidative stress)
Vitamin D3 - 2000 IU (Low per old CPL labs)
Calcium Folinate – 800 mcg (Folate low per MPP and old SpectraCell)
Lipothiamine - 50 mg (B1 low per old SpectraCell)
Niacinamide - 500 mg (B3 low per SpectraCell)
Panthothenic Acid - 500 mg (B5 low per SpectraCell)
Sunflower Lecithin – 5 g (Good source of choline and phospholipids)
Fish Oil – 1 pill
Digestive Enzyme - 1 pill

Dinner Regiment:
Vitamin C – 500 mg (Support adrenals and oxidative stress)
Lipothiamine - 50 mg (B1 low per old SpectraCell)
Niacinamide - 500 mg (B3 low per SpectraCell)
Panthothenic Acid - 500 mg (B5 low per SpectraCell)
Taurine - 500 mg (Low per MPP)
Zoloft – 12.5 mg
Sunflower Lecithin – 5 g (Good source of choline and phospholipids)
Digestive Enzyme - 1 pill

Bedtime Regiment:
Probiotic – 1 pill

Revision History:
5/15/2018 - Increased Fludrocortisone from 0.15 mg to 0.20 mg.
6/5/2018 - Added DMAE TID between meals.
6/7/2018 - DMAE causing noticeable angst. Stopped. Methyl donor. Concerns of over methylation.
6/8/2018 - Discounted B-Right at lunch. Concern of over methylation.
7/3/2018 - Reduced Fludrocortisone from 0.20 mg to 0.15 mg. Slightly elevated blood pressure and side effect symptoms.
