So even though it says day 11 everything didn't arrive and wasn't in the correct brand types until Day 4. So I think it's safe to say really I've only been doing the protocol for 7 days in total.
I haven't included all the b vitamins either, just thiamine and b6, as I respond really well to those two and they don't give me sleepless nights. Whereas niacin seems to give me jaw ache, b12 after a week or so of supplementation keeps me awake and gives me headaches.
So re-reading some of the posts I've seen I may not seen an improvement until day 14 or day 21.
