tools for evaluating 23andMe and illumina SNPs

Hey everyone,

I'm searching for all the possible tools that are avaliable to evaluate my results from 23andMe and Illumina SNP.
I have already found a couple of them like promethease, genetic genie, LiveWello. But are there persons who know some others? It's my purpose to comparise the results. I'm particulary in search for diseases and medicines.
