Schumann Resonance, Frequencies and Chronic Illness

With the help of our great moderators and our tech individual, I was able to figure out this blog thing, and what I did wrong before in my previous attempted posting. Now that I have it figured out, I’ve created a new Blog, and so am now reposting this article as the first of hopefully many for you all. I awoke this morning with a crushing headache, but I've managed to take enough of the edge off to get this posted.

I wish to share with everyone here in this community something I find important to maintaining a positive and productive attitude in the face of chronic disease. We all know that the more severe the chronic illness, the harder it is to get out of bed, or the house and fully interact with the natural world intimately. When we find ourselves bed or couch ridden, obviously our feet aren’t on the earth. We become more like a fallen tree in the forest, rather than a tall standing one that has roots deep in the soil, and a crown reaching into the sky. This has repercussions on our energy and health.

Let me explain.

Everything moving (and cells move in all forms of matter) produce sound/frequency.

Humans can typically hear frequencies between 16 and 20,000 cycles per second. These are the sonic wave lengths. Many moths have been discovered to hear only frequencies around 50,000 cycles per second. When we get into hundreds to thousands of millions of cycles per second, we get heat that can be felt on our skin. Those are called thermal or ultrasonic. Of course we can’t hear those sounds, but we can feel them.

Everything on the planet reacts to various levels of sound, whether those sounds can be heard by the ear or not. Sound affects everything in a positive way, a negative way or received with indifference.

Today so many people in industrialized nations spend much of their time off the earth in buildings, on metal, cement, rubber and plastic. Even most shoes contain a sole made of rubber and some have metal inside them. All of this insulates the person from the earth’s sound.

In 1952 Winfried Otto Schumann, at that time Director of the Electrophysical Institute at the Technical University of Munich, made public his research on electromagnetic waves. This research literally showed and proved the existence of a waveguide which is formed by the earth’s surface and the ionosphere.

From Wikipedia: “The Schumann Resonance is a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth's electromagnetic field spectrum.” “Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, generated and excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth's surface and the ionosphere.”

Of course solar flares and solar activity also has an impact on the Schumann Resonance and can dramatically elevate it, or decrease it when the solar energy is low. One major global event that takes place about every 2,000 years historically can lower the earth energy – a shift in polarity. This time of shift can affect all life forms on the planet. We just happen to be living in a time where the earth’s polarity is slowly shifting.

Old cultures didn’t know the term Schumann Resonance, or have any visuals of the earth’s electromagnetic field spectrum. They didn’t have to because their lives were so completely connected to the planet. They felt it every day and night. Their medicine people knew full well the essential nature of the earth’s energy and its vital importance to the human body, and every life form calling the planet home.

If we look around us today it is hard not to see the extreme levels of stress in all levels of life on Earth. Every year more and more people become horribly stressed out and disease, and other imbalances just increase drastically. Sure much has to do with the lifestyle the modern world dictates for the masses, and the pollution on all levels. However, so much of it also has to do with the simple disconnection many people have to the earth’s sound.

Indigenous cultures knew very well the earth has a heartbeat that feeds us all. Today the modern world of science calls that heartbeat the Schumann Resonance. It literally connects us to the earth as we are connected to our mother’s in the womb.

The Schumann Resonance’s average frequency is 7.83 Hz. But it fluctuates, as does everything. I think it was in 2019 there was a record set (of the time since the Schumann Resonance has been recorded) of over 150 Hz.

It is so important for our overall health and wellbeing (especially our mental states) that NASA pumps the natural earth’s frequency into the space shuttles, otherwise the astronauts can literally go insane from the disconnect.

Artificially created electromagnetic radiation (that modern technology pumps out like rain from a cloud) dramatically interferes with the human body’s ability to feel and interact with the Schumann Resonance. All electrical appliances, cell and radio towers, electrical lines, cell phones and motors and more produce various unhealthy levels of electromagnetic radiation. They are shortwave unpredictable bursts that harm the body.

Even low levels of electromagnetic radiation around 40 Micro-Tesla has been linked to leukemia in infants. Most appliances pump out between 50 to well over 100 Micro-Tesla. If you have a newer Smartphone , they tend to be fairly well insulated – when NOT IN USE. However, once you open texting options, make a phone call, or connect to the Internet, the electromagnetic radiation skyrockets. Yes even headphones with wires (not to mention Bluetooth ones) emit dangerous levels of EMF unless they have those rubber insulator caps on them. Most vibrating massagers emit EMF at high levels too.

The more tech gadgets that are in a building, the higher the electromagnetic radiation is. The closer to towns and cities one lives, the higher the electromagnetic radiation background level tends to be. Up here in the mountains we have zero background readings. But in town it becomes very different!

And the closer to overhead electricity wires or cell towers one might be, the higher the electromagnetic radiation output is. Any electromagnetic radiation from modern technology interferes with the body’s ability to hear and interact with the Earth’s Heartbeat, the Schumann Resonance.

You can test it yourself if you want. Anyone can by an EMF/ELF meter online. You can get one that tests ranges of 30 Hz to 300 Hz (range of appliances, background EMF/ELF, cell towers [not 5G], power lines, cell phones) for about $30.00 bucks. If you want to test for 5G you need to pay more like $200.00 bucks for one that reads those higher ranges.

GCI research shows us (just look it up if you wish) that our autonomic nervous system, cardiovascular system and brain resonate in the same frequency ranges as some of the big resonances found created by the earth and ionosphere. Plant and animal systems react just as beneficially as humans to the music created in the waveforms of the earth and ionosphere. But the noise created by modern tech is beyond harmful to all living organisms, and if we just look around the world – it shows. Even phone apps that claim to be healthy by emitting certain frequencies are many times overridden by the intense electromagnetic radiation being pumped out by the phone.

Electromagnetic radiation from technology has been proven to mutate cells and disrupt the natural flow of the electrical fields and energy transmissions within every living organism. This can lead to illness, disease and even mental health issues.

“Coherence is the state when the heart, mind and emotions are in energetic alignment and in vibrational cooperation,” HeartMath Institute Research Director Dr. Rollin McCraty says. “It is a state that builds resiliency – personal energy is accumulated, not wasted – leaving more energy to manifest intentions and harmonious outcomes.” Electromagnetic radiation from technology severely interferes with the brain-body ability to attain and maintain a state of coherence.

On the other hand, technology has developed ways to mimic the natural earth and ionosphere generated electromagnetic fields. Polarized Electromagnetic Frequency technology is one such method. This technology is so well developed these days that the devices can actually create Electromagnetic Frequency that rebuilds cells, and detoxifies the body of old damaged ones. The Swiss have created two such technology devices; the BEMER (older tech using more limited wave formations that are claimed to be more difficult for the body to utilize) and the IMRS (new more dynamic tech using various wave formations). I use the IMRS mat daily.

By spending more time on the earth’s soil and rock, barefoot or in shoes with no rubber or metal soles, we can increase the natural Electromagnetic Frequency connections and benefits within us.

This becomes difficult to do in winter. It also can be a new impossibility for someone who is bed bound. Some people like to use a “standing rock” in their home. It is a large flat rock they stand on for various periods of time every day until the warm season returns. We absorb a lot of earth energy through the soles of our feet, in particular the acupoint called Kidney 1. Exposing the soles of our feet to the earth, or parts of the earth, like rock, can help us better absorb the earth’s energy.

We also absorb energy through the palms of our hands, and though not as powerfully as the soles of our feet, we can gain earth energy through them. The Schumann Resonance also travels up trees. It isn’t a direct source obviously, but in winter we can absorb the frequency through the palms of our hands by placing them on live tree trunks. There is another powerful location on the human body for absorbing energy. The acupoint called CV1/REN1, also called the perineum is a powerful energy absorber. Many indigenous cultures from the Americas down to Australia never used chairs. They sat directly on the earth because they knew the earth's energy was important to the body and mind.

Plants react to sound just as we do. Darwin actually came up with the first scientific idea and experiment trying to prove this. He failed, as did others after him, until Professor Julian Huxley found T.C. Singh in the department of biology at Annamalai University in 1950 studying the flow of protoplasm in plant cells under a microscope. Singh was using tuning forks of various frequencies in the vicinity of the plants he was studying. He noticed the flow of protoplasm speed up with certain notes.

Since that time many scientists have experimented with sound and plants to discover amazing activities. For instance, classical music has been proven to enhance plant growth, germination, seeding and fullness. In highly controlled settings, plants exposed to various classical pieces for hours every day have been shown to not only increase their rate of growth by up tp 75%, but also increase seed yields by up to 65% more than plants not exposed to the music.

Not all types of music assist plants in their growth, however. Whereas plants have been shown to grow towards classical music, rock music, for example, has been proven to drive plant growth away from the sound. Rock music also causes so much stress on plants that they consume much more water than unexposed plants. Plants exposed to rock music for many hours a day have been shown to grow excessively in the other direction at rapid rates before withering and dying. Now don’t get me wrong here, I like rock and metal also! I like many forms of music. But I don’t listen to any of it for hours everyday, nor expose my house plants to hours of metal or rock daily. With the severity of my ME/CFS I typically go days without listening to any music at all actually. But it seems that the more percussion found in rock music, the more damaging it is to plants… and yes our ear drums as well. Just ask many rock musicians who are gong deaf! But even studies testing heavy percussion rock music verses heavy percussion classical music showed that the plants lean away from both, but much more so with rock music, so it must be more to the music than just percussion.

Music heavy with string instruments, as opposed to percussion sounds, proved to help plants grow stronger and produce more flowers and seeds.

Interestingly (as if none of this is interesting…), studies showed plants seemed indifferent to most folk and country-western music played for them. Plants reacted most strongly and positively to European classical, and most negatively to heavy percussion music and rock. Even more interesting is that studies showed plants react the strongest in the most positive ways to East Indian classical music!

All plants react to frequencies in one way or another.

Wheat, for instance, has been shown to react most positively, through growth and crop production, to 5,000 cycles per second. That is 1,000 cycles per second lower than the human ear can detect.

Wifi cycles between 2,400,000,000 cycles per second and 5,000,000,000 cycles per second. Of course there are not enough hardline test results to 100% prove wifi harms plant tissues, there are enough to give rightful concern that wifi can in-fact damage plant tissue. Wifi was first create I think in 1971, but not utilized publicly until the late 1990’s. And since it is a huge success and money maker, much of the needed funding for proper testing is shunted. Back in the 90’s I think, Germany conducted some of the first conclusive tests that wifi was killing trees. Since wifi has become a huge success those test results can no longer be found online. On the contrary, you can only find articles bashing the very idea.

Since the 1950’s the studies on plants and sound have been done in abundance around the world with the same results. Remember that moths hear sounds around 50,000 cycles per second? Many experiments have been done showing the use of frequencies can help drastically protect plants from harmful insects. Yet companies resort to GMO’s and toxic pesticides as opposed to natural and proven effective measures using sound/frequency. Science has shown that frequencies outside of human hearing can be used to assist plant growth and plant food production.

Many frequency ranges found abundantly in cities and near power lines have been shown to kill plants, from tiny plants to trees. It isn’t just sound coming from things we can see, but also from the vast labyrinth of subterranean tunnels under cities that cary thousands of miles of wires, gas lines, transport systems and other noise making technology.

We look at a lake, for example, and it can appear pristine and quiet. We might imagine how quiet it is under the surface of the water. But once under we can hear the hum and vibration of every watercraft and surrounding road, let alone the slew of electrical frequencies outside our range of hearing. Water amplifies and carries vibrations. Plants, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds… all contain high percentages of water. Frequency surrounds us, penetrates us and affects us on every level of our being.

Back to the plants. This is one reason why singing to your house plants can help them grow better and attain healthier levels of being. Ha, ha, even if you think you can’t sing! It has been proven that just giving your plants daily attention; singing, chanting, or touching, can assist them be all they can be… so to speak. Studies have also been done showing that plants react to our thought patterns and emotional states as well. Thoughts and emotions are all of various frequencies. It has been seen through studies that plants in people’s house who tend to be angry, depressed and sad much of the time do not grow nearly as well as those in houses filled with higher frequency emotions. But the more artificial noise that is present, the more difficult the communication process.

Think of when you’re driving down the road in autumn, or better yet, walking along a woodsy trail and come into a section of trees glowing with color. Whether it be red maples glowing brilliant red, or sugar maples radiating rich orange, or maybe aspen or willow shimmering yellow. Notice how whatever you’re feeling shifts upon entering that mass of color. That color is a frequency and your body can hear it, even if your ears cannot. That frequency affects you powerfully and swells over like a tidal wave.

You might unfortunately find yourself walking down a cement sidewalk surrounded by buildings of brick, steel or concrete. Then you might walk into a small city park filled with trees, bushes, flowers, mulch, grass and stone. Your whole body swells with an automatic deep breath and internal sigh of relief. The sound of the plants resonate through every level of your body and your cellular vibration has been scientifically proven to elevate, Of course indigenous cultures around the globe knew all of this without the cold hard science… because its real and beneficial to all that we are as humans.

Plants aren’t just good for producing oxygen, cleaning the air, feeding and holding the soil in place. Plants sing to every cell in our bodies, and react to our noise as well. They are as alive as we are.

My ancestors of northern Germania and Scandinavia, and myself as well, believe that evergreen trees (pine, spruce, cedar, yew, fir, etc) literally bring into themselves the spirits of the deciduous trees in autumn. As the leaf trees lose their leaves in autumn, their spirits travel to the evergreens. The evergreens shelter/protect the leaf tree spirits and energy during the long cold months of winter, only to release the spirits in spring so they may return to their leaf tree bodies to grow once again. The deciduous trees that die during winter are said to be the spirits that got lost returning to their body, or the spirit was too weak to make the journey to the evergreens for the winter. This is one reason many evergreens are associated with protection. They not only create shelter for wildlife, but also the leaf trees.

The next time you walk by a house plant, or a bush or tree, remember that they feel you, hear you and react to your presence in ways most people in modern societies are oblivious to.
Here are some things that can be obtained and utilized for those of us unable to reach the soil on a regular basis.

Tuning Forks and Tuned Pipes in the frequency of 7.83 Hz can also be purchased and utilized to increase personal exposure to Schumann Resonance. Just make sure they are American made, as most made in other parts of the world are cheaply made and distort easily.

Polarized Electromagnetic Mats like IMRS work well on the floor or in bed. Their original cost is bit high, but they last a very long time and to me feel worth it.

Some have an eye cover with lights and ear pieces that pulse varies tones while in use. It is supposed to balance the brain and help it recalibrate. My wife uses it for her Parkinson’s and noticed big differences in her coordination and balance.

Earthing Mats - these work great for placing under the covers in your bed beneath your feet. They also work well if you sit in a chair a lot. Place the mat under your feet to help ground your energy. Here is a good website with products, but many you can get less expensive through someplace like Amazon.

https://www.earthing.com

Aires Tech also has some great products that alter EMF from electronics in order that they do not harm the body. My wife and I have some of the Aires Tech devices and have tested them with the IMRS Mat. The IMRS Mat has a finger heart rate variability reader. It registers heart rate variability and adjusts the amount and type of energy it emits during your session. After your session you can see the variations on the screen reading.

We tested the IMRS with our HRV without wearing the Aries Tech device. Then we wore the Aries Tech device and used the IMRS again. When wearing the Aries Tech, the IMRS registered a higher HRV and increased the level of energy output for our bodies. This shows the Aries Tech is altering the IMRS energy in a way that allows the body to better absorb and utilize it, so HRV increases.

It was a interesting little experiment.

House plants - you don’t need many. Just having a single plant near you in the bedroom can bring great benefits. If mold is a serious issue, choose something extremely easy to care for and that learn toward the drier side, like a cactus.

My wife and I utilize all of the above. She notices a number of physical and mental benefits. I mostly notice emotional and mental benefits. My moods tend to remain more positive and I remain more productive when using each of the above, as opposed to when I don’t use them. This article is a prime example. Today I’m in terrible pain, my lungs are so inflamed I feel like I’m chronically being mildly suffocated, and if I try standing up I’ll fall right over. But I’m in a good mood, my emotions are stable and my mind is clear. This morning I used the IMRS mat on the “exhaustion” setting, which is on the lowest setting for 16 minuses. I also used the brain tuning fork for 10 minutes, and the “nerve” tuning fork for 10 minutes. I sleep with the Earthing Mat every night, and have it beneath my feet by day when I’m in bed or on the couch, or in the Lazyboy chair.

The UTK technology heating pads are also of great use to us. My wife and I have 4 different ones and we use them regularly. I have one covering my whole back as I type this.

I also have lots of plants in my house and know each of them well.

I hope some of this assists you and I send all good wishes and energy to everyone reading this!!!

You reminded me of Pythagoras' theory of The Music of the Spheres, something I haven't thought about in a while.

My husband DB is Norwegian. When I told him this lovely legend/mythos years ago, he looked surprized and said that he'd ever heard it. I was disappointed. But then, he's 2nd generation ...

I also have lots of plants in my house and know each of them well.
I name mine and chat with them during the day as I drag thru to the kitchen. Zippy is very responsive, Doodle is a little more reserved. None of them have shared any personal insights or experiences with me, beyond a need for water, but I live in hope.

Chuck, my Creeping Charlie, has become a sullen loner and his leaves are yellowing at an alarming rate. I dont overwater, never feed during winter, he's not getting any more or any less light than usual, I'm not sure what's wrong.

If you have any thoughts on the above, please share. I'm fond of Chuck. I've always had a weak spot for Bad Boys ....

I loved your blog post @Nord Wolf, tho not sure how much of it I was able to absorb and process .... keep on posting !!! Your info is interesting and well thought-out and presented, and I really enjoyed it, as challenging as it was to keep up :read::read::read: :xeyes::xeyes: ....

EDIT FOR PS .... Many years ago I read the experiments with tomato plants, and it confirmed a vague sense I had that we weren't the only sentient beings on this planet.

Later, I read that houseplants particularly, but even yard plants, can sense when the person who cares for them is ailing or sick, and they start wilting sadly.

Since wifi has become a huge success those test results can no longer be found online. On the contrary, you can only find articles bashing the very idea.
It's one of the more infuriating things about Google and most other search engines.... they stopped being sources of information several years back. I remember when you could look up a subject and get a balanced set of pro and con search results. Now its owned by every corporate interest with a drum to bang and an income flow to protect. And that was only 2 or 3 years ago. God knows where we'll be in a decade ....

I agree that wifi damages pretty all living things, and 5G feels almost apocalyptic.

But then, I'm in one of my darker, dour moods right now ....

Very thorough and informative. I notice my symptoms fluctuate immensely with the schumann resonance and cosmic weather variations. In 2011 i began sitting next to my favorite tree nightly and putting my bare feet on the earth, even if for only 5 minutes in the snow and i really had some shifts. You can feeel you blood viscosity change and flow easier. Like a bath for our cells. I earthed until i absolutely couldn't move much anymore which was 2017 and i really noticed changes when i could no longer get outside. I have those bands you steak into the earth and then pull through my window to wear on my wrists....but i haven't retried them in so long. I sometimes have access to bowls of dirt i can put my feet in, although i feel my body ideally at this point would like to be buried (head above) in dirt to ground for like an entire weekend  Like a dirt bath! I am going to explore some of your links. Thanks again.

We just happen to be living in a time where the earth’s polarity is slowly shifting.
Reminds me of Velikovksi's work, which always left me uneasily scratching my head and wondering which way, literally, was up ...

And it could explain some of the insanity that seems to be sweeping through world populations like a fetid cloud of swamp gas.

Not sure what "DB" represents or means, but Norwegian! Very nice. I have always been proud of my heritage. I was raised in the old traditions of western Scandinavia. Old heathenism pre-christianity. I studied the language. I had the honor of studying with two traditional Norwegian healers for many years too.

The tree belief I mentioned comes from a the beliefs during the Iron Age, before the influx of the desert religion. However, heathens of today that still follow the old ways of western Scandinavia typically still know of the trees.

Norsk! Veldig fint. Maybe the house is overly dry and he needs to be misted? Maybe he has a draft. No signs of small bugs that might have found him when it was warm? I have two trailing vines in the bedroom that I have hanging all over the ceiling. Most winters they yellow and lose half their leaves... then grow them (and more) back in the summer.

Indeed, sadly!

Some say this could be the case, yes. I certainly find it plausible. Our inner balance has a lot to do with the environment and the balance of the planet.

Hey don't knock dirt baths - many animals take them often :)
It is good that you remain sensitive enough to notice the subtleties in potent ways! That is big as many people are so overwhelmed by artificially create energies that they have lost the ability to feel the natural subtleties of the world.

DB is an affectionate nickname. It means "Dearly Beloved" and came into being during one of the first arguments DB and I had after we were married. We'd lived together for about 8 years before getting married, you'd have thought we'd worked all that out but nooooo .....Norwegians are a cautious bunch, as am I, and considering my heritage (English, Scots, Welsh, French, prob Irish, all cultures heavily influenced by, and intermarried with, Vikings and other Scandinavian voyagers), probably for the same genetic reasons.

We were having a pitched argument about something, and suddenly, DB intoned "Dearly Beloved ....", which are the first two words in the standard Western wedding ceremony, in his deep bass voice and with a serio-comic ministerial face, ..... we both cracked up, and that ended the dispute.
Old heathenism pre-christianity.
Totally there with you. My nickname for many years was Pagan, it sort of rhymes with my real name .....
However, heathens of today that still follow the old ways of western Scandinavia typically still know of the trees.
I heard the legend, or read it, about tree spirits and their winter migration when I was about 8 or 9, and it stuck with me and informed me in subtle ways, shaping how I looked at the world and everything in it ....
I have an English keyboard and a Norwegian one to type with.
I'll see how DB does with it, but like I said, 2nd generation sooooo ......
Most winters they yellow and lose half their leaves... then grow them (and more) back in the summer.
Oh thank you, that's encouraging, since I can't remember as far back as last winter. Or sometimes last week.
Hey don't knock dirt baths - many animals take them often :)
Mostly to get rid of parasites on their skin or in their fur. It's a natural cleansing ritual, mimicked by humans and mud-baths, which go back a loooooong ways.

Am looking forward to your next blog post !!!

Some say this could be the case, yes. I certainly find it plausible. Our inner balance has a lot to do with the environment and the balance of the planet.
Environmental toxins and dysbiosis of the planet and destruction of wilderness has everything to do with this illness. And much of the healing I've had has to do with spending time in healthy forests, deserts, Meadowlands, mountains, etc,. The pagan and animist beliefs in nature and trees as important for healing are in line with science and my experience.
