Seem to have gotten a lot worse over the last week.
Yesterday almost all day I was dizzy and fairly dehydrated.
Last night I had a sore throat for hours and woke up with muscle fatigue that wasn't there before I went to bed. It's like a switch has been flipped and I now don't even feel better when going to sleep. I haven't felt like that for a year or so, even if my baseline is now much higher than it was pre protocol my ability to recover while sleeping appears to be lower.
Also I didn't get any work done yesterday as I was too dizzy and too tired to think straight.
