I'm having these epiphanies left and right, but I can't figure out what's triggering the clear mindedness. Moving around during, lunch, walking a lot, feels good, but the toxic brain fog is still present. A few weeks ago I ran out of vitamin D so I had not been taking it, just a small amount from cod liver oil. 60 minutes ago I took 6000 IU's, and now I'm feeling this uncanny clear mindedness. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or not!
