Day 22 - Dose 1

Feel a lot better after breakfast which consists currently of

  1. cashew nuts (2 tablespoons)
  2. whey protein isolate (30g protein)
  3. mixed with soy yoghurt
  4. 600mg NAC
  5. and 4g glycine
  6. + probiotic capsule (solar ray 24 strain)

I found out probiotics give me a good energy boost a few months ago and have been taking them ever since.

I've also taken today as a total experiment 325mg EGCG, just over double the dose I was taking the preceeding day. Now that I am not taking the reishi and lions mane I want to see what this higher dose will do. I don't really have any intention of going any higher and this might well be a one off experiment.

So just to be clear no reishi or lions mane now until I feel I've recovered from the second covid jab, which based on experience is usually 1 to 2 weeks up to a maximum of 4 weeks. 4 weeks sort of makes sense because the AZ vaccine takes 4 weeks for the immune response to be complete and the body to go back to normal.
