Current Medications/Supps

Today I took 1 500mg Inosine around noon
1g a couple hours later and another 500mg in the evening with 250mg dmae with each dose
Total 2g inosine 750mg of dmae
0.5 mg Klonopin
A dose of Skullcap
2mg iodine

Trying to experiment with lowering Klonopin with skullcap.Perhaps this is too much for one day and should go slower

Did about 15 mins on the putting green

Seems that environment seems to have an effect on me/cfs in this case

Lower latitude seems better

Spent some time in the Az desert and palm springs,ca and noticed I felt better with more sunlight

Possible reasons

Mitochondria
Vitamin D

I think Krebs Cycle is important

Seems environment is important to cfs

Man money may not be everything but seems to be

important.I forked out some money on disability tests

some of which weren't helpful.Seems that with cfs

you have to be careful with who you are dealing with

Communication is very important when it comes to it

As people will take your money and not help you

Especially when you are a minority.I do think there is

systemic racism in some of the so called liberal areas.

Nonetheless, maybe this is the only life one has

maybe not.I emphasize for those who suffer with

me/cfs and have suffered

We are so great at coming up with the latest gadgets i

Inventions but behind when it comes to chronic

conditons. This planet is yours ..no body owns it

They can try to scare you, traumatize you but not

forever.I am disappointed thought we came far in

Post covid me/cfs understanding and seems that

many still dont want to believe

World seems mixed with lots of genuinely good

people as well as haters

Nonetheless seems we cant control others beliefs

rather just ourselves

I have been taking ldn .5mg restarted valtrex 1g

Dont notice much difference yet

Considering olive leaf extract as it may have antiretroviral properties

After doing some experiments found that my baseline is lower than I thought

I'm glad the uv index is getting stronger in northern california heading into the spring as the absence of cold is one thing that seems to help

About 6 months since I took the cpet

Feels like I'm barely back to baseline. The Ldn was working great at one point last year then stopped working after the cpet

Perhaps more testing needed as a doctor suggested toxic encephalopathy and a possible nueroquant Mri

Waiting for immunology panel from Nova and cervical X ray results.Saw an osteopath who is looking into possibly ruling out cci.

Probably need to do more pacing than i thought

Probably 3-4/10 on energy index scale

Longer day light hours/sunlight in south Florida seems to help.

Seems that ME much of this is trial and error as I can't predict if I take xyz supplement that has been shown in studies to improve this problem that it will help.

I settling down and finding a place to stay may be helpful
