I'm tolerating the SMP pretty good this time. I need to see what other support supps I need to add (maybe calcum and zinc). The Kal Magnesium Glycinate was recommended to me years ago as a superior form that can get into the brain easier and help with NDMA over stimulation.

Wondering if the Multi with 133 mcg folic acid per tablet is interfering with methylation? Don't seem to be getting much effect at this dose (maybe that's good?)
