High cd8 and other high ranges of blood

Please if someone can help me to understand the blood test of Cd4/cd8 counts, I am Ebv positive and now a day feeling too down with oral thrush, sore joints and rashes on body, my cd8 is 1231 and highest normal range is 95o, I do not know what to do, and where to go to solve this issue, plz let me know if you know some one can help me. My recent result of cd4/cd8 count.
