I woke up yesterday morning and felt pretty good. I had a shower which normally saps my energy, but I actually felt good. I felt so good actually, with no ME/CFS symptoms at all. I can't remember the last time I didn't have brain fog, but it must be years.
I felt so normal, I had to ring my husband at work straight away and starting balling my eyes out in happiness - think that might be some pregnancy hormones talking LOL.
I decided to make the most of it and got my Mum to take me shopping to buy some of the things we need for the hospital and nursery. When I got home I was tired, but a normal tiredness rather than 'crappy tiredness'.
I have also managed to contact a researcher who is interested in my case study, so will start discussions next week.
Here are some articles I have found that helped me:

This is a long video but well worth watching.
