A few years ago, I was given a beautiful leather-bound journal, and I decided to write in it passages I liked from books I'd borrowed from the public library.
Recently I decided to post here at PR some of what I'd collected in that journal. I also decided to post, under the same heading, work I especially like from books in my personal library.
In two other blog entries I have posted two of my own poems (one a prose poem) under their own titles.
