How can I post a Forum?

Or is this reserved for the Big Daddies?;) I do really love this site & I feel like I've learned as much here as anywhere else, and 2x as fast (which is still very slow for me) and it's great to read the opposing views so I don't feel like I'm being fed a bunch of #@%&!!!

What kind of Forum would you like to start?

It is reserved for the Admins but we're always interested in suggestions and we do open (and close, unfortunately) Forums from time to time to see if catch on or return the posts to another Forum if the don't.
