Changes in Temperature

Does change in temperature affect the severity of your symptoms of ME? We've had hotter than normal weather suddenly for a week; I'm wondering if this change is contributing to how much worse I feel.
Thanks.

I'm also sensitive to both heat and cold. This seems to be quite common. I wear thermal underwear from October thru April - basically anytime the outdoor temp is below 45 degrees F.

I have found my body temperature is all over the place, like my B.P. and heartrate. Sometimes I can't get warm. Frequently I have night sweats. These symptoms are improving as I continue with the "Simplified Methylation Protocol".
