So I think I'm off the roller coaster, still have speed bumps to contend with daily, weekly. BUT it isn't hourly, or every ten or fifteen minutes these days, trying to figure out what is needed, or just crashing or zoning for hours on end. I will never miss those years. Every piece takes work...

Last night sleep was a joke again. Went to bed too early... with a truncated circadian rhythm, that is a huge mistake. Awake at 3 am, ready to sleep again at 9 am... just as the alarm is going off to get going for another day. Off the public transit train, sitting in a restaurant for an hour...
