Goals:Improve enough to.work part time
Find better living arrangement where noise sensitivity and emf sensitivity can be managed.I would like to live near the beach as this helps noise sensitivity,atp production.Possibly sounds of waves for ANS

Energy envelope

Physical:2-3 k steps a day

Social: an hour a day

Protocol:Klonopin as needed,Magnesium epsom Salt transdermal,Sunlight for mitochondria.An hour a day at least.Minimize blue light.at night.Pacing.Minimize Cell phone exposure

Areas that could be addressed:Treating hiding ebv/cmv with antivirals.Maybe try Aciclovir in mexico OTC

Diet try to eat natural foods in the environment/Paleo

Major obstacles:Money. Antivirals have low aborption orally.Maybe trying aciclovir in Mexico.for.ebv/cbv.

Famvir seems difficult to find.

Observation:I won't know until i give beach a try for.30 days.Certain beaches seem like a sanctuary in my case raising my CFS level a point or more sometimes.
