Google led me to this: http://veggierevolution.blogspot.com/2010/10/experts-avoid-nonorganic-potatoes.html That link she provides mentions how apples are very contaminated. Sweet potatoes are supposedly mostly clean (one of the least contaminated types). Sweet potatoes have oxalates, however...
I didn't know this. I will be cutting my sugar intake, and some other sweeteners. Source: http://alternativehealthatlanta.com/immune-system/sugar-and-your-immune-system/

I decided to add RS2 and RS3 to my diet after reading the original post at http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/the-resistant-starch-challenge-is-it-the-key-weve-been-looking-for.26976/ For RS2, I gave up on green bananas so I am using unmodified potato starch. Day 1 is Jan 15th. I...

I just read something shocking on another site about ME/CFS. I do not know if the poster would be okay with me reposting, so I will not. Supposedly one of our top ME/CFS doctors says there was an ME outbreak in the 1920's where doctors became very ill after vaccination which their job required...

This article claims they are. http://www.sott.net/article/254613-Lectins-worse-than-gluten Maybe only for some people? Also about sugar: http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/sugar-worse-than-fat-say-doctors.27501/
I said last week I'm not getting symptoms of greatly reducing my oxalate intake, and now I realize there is a delay. I wish I had tapered off them. I already take plenty of magnesium and need to take vitamin D more often to help reduce the symptoms. I forget which other supplements are helpful...
I am frustrated I see little benefit from eliminating gluten, casein, corn, (and soy and peanuts were already eliminated). I also reduced non-gluten grains and nightshades, and hardly eat legumes. I eat very little processed food so I am nearly free of preservatives, food colorings, etc. Not...

Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) sounded good to me when I first heard of it. However it seems to have chemicals in it, but they promote it as all natural. There are many sources for information but I will link one. http://www.drnibber.com/grapefruit-seed-extract-fraud-body-blow-industry/ Oxalates...
I got one that holds air. I will write more later. The best thread about g-suits is http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/life-upright-good-bye-oi.2963/ This also has g-suit discussion...
I am trying more from http://www.cortjohnson.org/treating-chronic-fatigue-syndrome-mecfs/enhancing-blood-volume-in-chronic-fatigue-syndrome-mecfs-and-fibromyalgia/ Dr David Bell said something like low blood volume can't be fixed. I wonder if he believes that or if it was in a certain context...
To help me remember the ones I am thinking of trying. I probably am lacking in B5 and other B vitamins. I think it's important? Ginseng and B6 to raise testosterone and any other benefits they provide. http://www.livestrong.com/article/21635-increase-testosterone-levels-naturally-women/...
Just heard of this. Sounds very worth trying for anyone who thinks they have Lyme or parasites, it is relatively cheap. They are supposed to be great for healing adrenals too. I need it for adrenals more than anything. I did not buy the ebook, and think it is unnecessary. I already take Vit...

http://foodbabe.com/2013/08/21/do-you-know-whats-really-in-your-tea My summary: Conventional teas have a lot of pesticides. Tea bags are often unsafe. There are often hidden ingredients, which can be bad for you.

http://dogtorj.com/what-is-food-intolerance/food-intolerance-man-and-animal-versus-gluten/ A member here posted this years ago. I'm surprised this isn't more commonly known. It's long. You can skip a bunch, down to the paragraph that starts "Here is the important part." It seems casein is...
"Rice itself is gluten free (it does contain rice gluten, but it is NOT the gluten that triggers the autoimmune response of a celiac, btw.) The problem with white rice is that it is enriched, which means that the rice is sprayed with a vitamin enriched coating. Most of the big (e.g. Uncle Ben's...
