I am sure I am not writing anything new here, but wanted to speculate a bit on why exercise may cause us problems as a jumping off point for future psts....
Contrary to some doctor's view of CFS as being a disease of deconditioning, I have found that many sufferers were big exercisers prior...
I plan to expand on this list in future posts, but for now I wanted to list what I have found so far that has helped me in case it can be of assistance to others. I am still only at 50%, but I consider if a big improvement over a year of being at 20%.
